Return Policy

You may exchange damaged or defective stamps within 30 days of the original purchase date. If there has been an error in an item received in your order, we will gladly exchange with the correct item. Before returning a defective stamp or one received in error, please contact us at info@stampsbyjudith.com. In the case of a quality issue or error on our part, no shipping fees will be added. With other requests, we will gladly exchange for an item of equal value plus the cost of the return postage. The items exchanged must be in new and unused condition. Wholesale Policy

Thank you for your interest in our line of stamps here at Stamps by Judith & Heather. We currently do offer wholesale to stamp and scrapbooking stores and shops. However, at this time, wholesale is not available to home based, home party plans, consignment shops, or to those that sell at craft shows or over the internet. We would be happy to consider your request for wholesale upon receipt of a copy of your business license and photos of the inside and outside of your store. Please include any of the following items you may have that would show us your store; newsletters, class schedules, or advertising.

All of our stamp designs and images are original artwork and copyrighted by Stamps by Judith & Heather. Stamps by Judith & Heather stamps are for personal and non-commerical use only. We do allow our creative stampers to use the Stamps by Judith & Heather images to produce creations for personal use and for creating items to sell in limited quantities. Using Stamps by Judith & Heather images on items for resale are subject to the following terms:

No mechanical reproductions are permitted. All items created must be made by hand Stamps by Judith & Heather copyright should be displayed when possible.

Hand created cards or projects are limited to a quantity range of 25 and must be local in nature. The creation of items may not be intended for the purpose of an ongoing business. (If amounts are higher Stamps by Judith & Heather should be contacted for permission).

If your samples or work are published, Stamps by Judith & Heather must be acknowledged in the publication.

To use Stamps by Judith & Heather for the purpose of selling, please e-mail us or send us a letter acknowledging the above terms, and include the following information:

Your name and contact information.

A list of the stamp images that you plan to use. (Please forward any updated lists of images used to Stamps by Judith & Heather as needed).

The quantities that you anticipate producing.

An acknowledgement that you agree to the above terms and you agree to respect Stamps by Judith copyrights.
